Our Guardian Angel Program (GAP) offers both before-school and after-school care. Information about the program, sign-up forms, and payment can be found below. A 50% discount is offered for each additional family member for the morning and full stay programs only.

Registration is due by: Friday, May 2, 2025.
In order to adequately staff and prepare our program for next year, registrations for current families received after FRIDAY, MAY 2, 2025 cannot be guaranteed a spot in our Guardian Angel Program AND will result in a $25.00 LATE FEE. Registration after May 2nd is $125.

Our before school care will continue to be available from 6:45 AM-7:50 AM – $10 per day.

Please return the attendance sign-up form to the school front office – attention G.A.P. Program – by 5:30 PM on Thursdays before the week of care to reserve G.A.P. services for the following week. Your FACTS Tuition Account will be billed for the scheduled dates.
G.A.P. MONTHLY SIGNUP FORM - MAY/JUNE 2025
The Guardian Angel Program will use FACTS Tuition Management for payments. Your FACTS Account (same one used for tuition payments) will be billed for the days your child is scheduled for the week. Payment is due monthly (date depending on your payment cycle). For example, if your child is scheduled to attend 3 days of PM Full Stay ($22 per day), your FACTS account will be billed $66 for the week.
