After-school Club Pickup Procedures

We are updating our procedures for student pick up from after-school clubs.  Beginning the week of February 19th, the adult picking up your child will need to meet the dismissing club supervisor at the main school entrance (Door 1-Milburn and Elmhurst Avenue). The adult will sign out your child after each session.  This ensures the safety of our students when they leave our building.

Please contact the club supervisor for any pick up changes by 12:00 PM the day of the class. This includes:

  • If any adult besides the parent is picking up your child.

  • If your child has permission to walk home.

Students enrolled in GAP will continue to be brought to aftercare by a staff member.

We appreciate your cooperation and please contact the front office with any questions at 847-253-8555.
